Booking your appointment is easy! You may call Lana's Med Spa Office number at 413-333-4780.  You can also visit our business page on Vagaro to browse available appointment times, and book a spot yourself online! Please feel free to contact us after business hours — we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!

All consultations are free. We may require a $50 deposit upon booking. This fees act as a deposit and will go toward the treatment cost. Deposit are transferable to (1) rescheduling but will be forfeited if another rescheduling is necessary.

We understand that time is one of our most valuable assets in life. We respect our clients' time and ask our clients to respect our time in return. That said, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We are happy to work with you, but we ask that you give us 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. We thank you in advance for your consideration. If we do not receive 24 hours of notice for a cancellation or reschedule, a $50 fee may be applied.

We plan our days around our clients and truly look forward to treating them. Please note, a no-show without a 24-hour cancellation notice will result in the loss of your deposit. If no deposit has been collected a $75 no show fee must be paid before possible rescheduling.

There are no refunds for microblading and permanent makeup services. Lana is passionate about her work, and client satisfaction is her fundamental goal. Most services include a perfecting session in which touch-ups or minor changes can be made. Lana is happy to work with clients to make changes to permanent makeup and microblading, but she does not issue refunds for completed work.

All clients must be 18 years of age in order to receive permanent makeup treatments. We reserve the right to verify age with identification, such as a driver's license.
