Booking Your Appointment:

Booking your appointment is easy. You may call us at our office number 413-333-4780, call/text us at our cell number 413-210-3502 or email us at info@lanamicroblading.com . You may feel free to contact us after business hours, and we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!

Consultation Fee:

There is a $50 reservation booking fee for microblading and a $25 consultation fee for all other services. The consultation fee must be paid prior to the consultation. This consultation and reservation fees act as a deposit and go towards the treatment cost.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that time if one of our most valuable assets in life. We respect our client’s time, and ask for our clients to respect our time in return. Be that as it may, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of things and appointments need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We are happy to work with you to reschedule or cancel an appointment. However, we ask that you give us 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. We thank you in advance for your consideration.

If we do not receive 24-hours of notice for an appointment cancellation or rescheduling, a No-Show fee will be applied.

No Show Policy:

We plan our days around our clients and truly look forward to treating them. If a client does not show up for an appointment without giving us any notice, the consultation fee will be charged in lieu of the appointment.

Refunds:

There are no refunds for microblading and permanent makeup services. Lana is passionate about her work and client satisfaction is Lana’s fundamental goal. Most services include a perfecting session in which touch-ups or minor changes can be made. Lana is happy to work with clients to make changes to permanent makeup and microblading, but she does not issue refunds for completed work.

Age:

All clients must be 18-years of age in order to receive permanent makeup treatments. We reserve the right to verify age with identification, such as a driver’s license.
